LoadEm'Up Hauling started out as an idea through conversation with a local Saskatoon home builder. He wanted a custom service that the bigger companies miss the mark on(hand pick-up service). Sure anybody can buy a big bin and place it on site, but how do you get the waste from point A(the yard) to point B(the bin)? The Plan! I felt that I could give this service, make a living and save the home b
uilder money. So I bought a dump trailer. Well that was almost 3 years ago an idea and a plan turned into reality. LoadEm'Up Hauling has very much diversified it self saving its customers time and money. We have expanded our assets tremendously over the years which has allowed us to add to our services list for our clients. We now provide the following services:
Construction Clean-Up: We provide a hand pick up service that allows us to do perimeter cleans throughout the site reducing the risk of accidents/injuries on the work site. This walk through also reduces the risk of a City of Saskatoon fine for having cut off material(garbage) around the property. Lastly the street appeal of the property is largely enhanced increasing the potential for the builder to sell. Preferred builders have access to our cage system free of charge. It works as a garbage containment system which allows the builders trades to fill it, for us to dump it. The cages are very versatile and can be set up anywhere on the property. Final Grading: Using one of our bobcats we come in and level the property and remove the rocks. We keep in mind proper slopes to allow proper drainage off the property. Spring Clean-Up: This is done at spring time ever year. We use a power rake to remove all the dead thatch from your grass. We use the power vac to suck it right off your lawn leaving only the healthy grass behind. We than aerate your lawn to loosen up the ground to help promote new growth. Lawn Maintenance: Weekly lawn cutting and trimming. Allows you to do what you want this summer with no responsibilities. We will take care of yard keeping it looking great. Fall Clean-Up: We show up and remove all branches, and leaves off your property using rakes and blowers. Sprinkler Blow-outs: This is done typically right before the temperature lows start hitting zero. We come in hook up our compressor and blow out all existing water in the lines out. This reduces the chance/risk of broken water lines which can be very costly to repair. Snow Removal: We offer a wide range of services here for both residential and commercial. One time call outs, monthly contracts for those people on holidays and seasonal contracts for a worry free winter. We have back pack blowers, snow blowers, bobcats, loaders and tandems to our arsenal of equipment to make sure we can get any job done on time. We guarantee snow will be cleared within 24-48 hours of it ceasing. Skid Steer Services: We have many attachments and can do almost anything that requires use of a skid steer. Hauling Services: We have multiple dump trailers varying in size, flat deck trailers, Kenworth tractors and dump trucks to assist in your local hauling needs. Demolition Work: Decks, Fences, Garages, and additions. We have the equipment to knock them down and carry the debris away.
