We at Vox Developments and Parkinson Properties are excited to partner on two new buildings in Saskatoon, offering 52 affordable units with a focus on both student and affordable housing. Located just blocks from the University of Saskatchewan, these units provide convenient, budget-friendly options for students and those seeking affordable living. By working with local trades and investing in our city’s growth, we’re proud to support the community we call home and provide much-needed housing near the university.

Vox Developments and Parkys suites introduces our newest multi family rental community! We are excited to announce that we have secured just over 21,000 (1/2 acre) square feet of land within 11 blocks of the University of Saskatchewan Campus. This next projects initiative will help support affordable rental housing we need in our city. Over 25% of the suites in the building will be designated towards affordable housing. There will be 32-48 rental units assumed by Vox Developments. Construction is set to start end of 2024. Details to follow in the next few months.
