- 10 mins late or no communication will result in appointment being cancelled and rebooked
- Retention 40% and less will be considered a full set
- Lash dirty or unkept will need a deep clean and a fee will be applied
- Lash touch ups 2-3 days after application is free of charge
- If any issues arise within 72 hours after appointment, please message me
