My work is focused on empowering clients to be active participants in their own well-being. I have experience with the following: Reiki Energy Healing sessions on people, cats, dogs, and horses, Chakra balancing, and Distance Reiki. The use of crystals may also be combined in healing sessions to further relax the client and enhance the Reiki energy.

Distant Reiki is great for anyone who is unable or prefers not to leave their space for a session. This includes those who are feeling unwell, recovering from surgery, experiencing stress or anxiety associated with leaving their space, facing travel or time constraints, or you just like your own comfy space. Distant Reiki allows you to enjoy the benefits of a Reiki session from the comfort of your own space.
