As a mom of five and someone who worked long hours in healthcare, slowing down wasn't something I thought I could afford. There was always another shift to pick up, another bill to pay, and another responsibility waiting.
But this week reminded me of something important...
The most precious moments in life aren't found in our phones, our inboxes, or our to-do lists.
They're found in quiet conversations, shared meals, laughter with loved ones, and simply being present. 🥰
I've learned that taking a break isn't being lazy—it's choosing what matters most.
The messages can wait. The notifications will still be there. But time with family and the people we love? Those moments are priceless. ❤️
I'm so grateful that I've created more flexibility in my life, allowing me to enjoy these moments without constantly worrying about rushing back to work.
Because at the end of the day, success isn't just about earning more...
