Baking by Heart

I decided to take a break from cookies today and try something new! Blueberry cheesecake buns... a brioche dough, with creamy cheesecake, fresh blueberries and a streusel on top. Yum!

We have had our first snow fall, but I am not done with pumpkin spice!
I experimented with a pumpkin spice latte cake today. A three layer pumpkin cake layered with espresso buttercream. 😋

A rainy fall day calls for pumpkin scones! Just missing my cup of tea!
