Celebrating our rich cultures and diversity across Turtle Island and the rest of the world. We celebrate daily and we’re mindful that keeping our cultures, languages and identities are essential for our collective survival.

As the sun shines, the grass grows and the river flows, before time was measured by clocks, before time was time, we’ve been here. For as long as the sun shines, the grass grows, and the river flows we’ve danced, practiced our ceremonies, embraced and passed on our teachings, and traditions. For as long as the sun shines, the grass grows, and the rivers flow we’ll continue to give thanks because this is who we are. We will continue to say the words that give voice to those who aren’t able to speak for themselves because we know it takes time to learn and understand. For as long as the sun shines, the grass grows and the river flows the drums will always remain our reminder and connection to one another. We know the power of song and dance, and it’s ability to heal. We’re powered and empowered by culture and tradition. ..
