Sorry for the late post! Thank you to everyone who submitted this semester! Here’s a list of a few of them (we have chosen note to post the ones with our children’s faces just to maintain their privacy). Thank you to everyone for your tips and tricks!

Below is the link to the YouTube video we featured at the beginning of the morning:

Thank you Luanne for your vulnerability, honesty, and encouragement today!

In a day and age where big results are expected quickly, today was a good reminder that it’s the small, repeatable habits that propel us forward towards change.

Our lives as mothers are chaotic and exhausting. Consistency in the small things will lead us to big changes. What’s one small step that you can do today to move you in a different direction?

Thank you to Marlynn, Jodi, and Ange for sharing some of their thoughts on motherhood!

If something these ladies talked about resonated with you, please reach out so we can connect you! Motherhood is hard, we exist to support each other through it!

And remember: run your own race. You’re doing great momma! 🤍

This summer we are hoping to plan little get togethers in parks across the city. It’s informal, just some moms hanging out and enjoying the sunshine! ☀️ Feel free to bring a friend!

Below are the dates and locations every second week from June 6-Aug 15.

June 6: Brighton Core Park (off of Brighton Boulevard).
This one has a playground and a spray park close by. We will be meeting by the playground but bring your swimsuits or a change of clothes if you want to cool off!

June 20: Alexander MacGillivray Park, Stonebridge. There’s a spray park and several playgrounds close to the spray park. We will be meeting at the spray park (park along east side of the park) so come prepared to get wet!

July 4: Thornton Park, Exhibition (120 Isabella Street)
This park has a playground, spray park, and summer program (starts at 1030)! Come with a change of clothes if you want to get wet!

July 18: Rochdale Park, Lawson Heights (748 Redberry Road)
This one includes a summer program/paddling pool that opens at 1030. Bring a change of clothes if you want to get wet!

Aug 1: Buena Vista Park, Buena Vista. (310 7th Street East)
This park has a playground and also a summer program/paddling pool. The paddling pool opens at 1030 so bring a swim suit or a change of clothes if you want to cool off!

Aug 15: Nutrien Playland at Kinsmen Park, City Park.
You can purchase food, as well as tickets to ride the carousel, Ferris wheel, and train. There is also a small water park/feature so pack a change of clothes! We will meet by the water park area.
