“Always See Ya, Never Goodbye” was written through a lens of hurt, trying to make sense of the painful realization that loving someone doesn’t always mean they can remain in your life once trust is lost.

Years passed between writing, recording, and finally releasing this song, and with time I’ve come to see the situation with much more nuance. Relationships rarely fall apart because of one person alone, and songwriting often captures me in my most raw and unresolved moments, not feelings frozen in time.

I’ve learned that sometimes goodbyes don’t come from hate, but from the understanding that to be your best, the only path forward is to honor yourself and protect your peace. Some endings are devastating yet necessary all at once.
