This custom Bungalow was a split Bedroom plan with 2.5 car garage. Backing onto a wooded tree lot we wanted bring the outside in with lots of glass to create lush green backdrop. It was a pleasure to work with this couple to build their dream retirement home.

A clients vision built by SGC in Plympton-Wyoming. This bungalow feature hand-scraped hardwoods, coffered ceilings in the great room, second basement kitchen, in floor glycol radiant heat system in tandem with NGFA heat. You dream up it, we can build it!
