Auto Integrity

I know alot of my clients are patient with their repairs because we handle a high volume. This creates some difficulties in many areas such as (client end) ...quality, turnaround times, me being to busy to really spend time with the clients, BASICALLY it has affected the experience i want to provide you. (my end)...more vehicle repairs ties up our cash flow, feeling pressured, not building the brand in the image i had, etc etc.

its my company BUT its your experience i care about...that why i ask your feedback

Question 1.....How many would support a downsizing of clientele so we can provide a much more exceptional experience.

Question 2....How many would be oppose to a minor rate increase to achieve this (every single cost of operating a business has gone up but ive stayed true thru all this to u.

Question 3....Instead of rate increase, would you prefer a membership offered. This will secure a locked in low rate, special parts pricing, and like costco and others...would have discounts n offers at other retailers etc. Even have member get togethers and events to build closer relationships
