Community Addiction Services of Niagara (formerly the Niagara Alcohol and Drug Assessment Service) was established to provide access to relevant treatment resources for individuals and their families living in the Niagara Region with alcohol, drug and gambling concerns. At CASON, we believe that learning, understanding, and inclusion help create stronger workplaces and communities.
This Pride Month, our IDEA committee came together to create a fun and engaging Pride Trivia event where employees had the opportunity to learn more about the history, achievements, and contributions of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community.
The event sparked meaningful conversations, encouraged learning, and reminded us of the importance of fostering a workplace where everyone feels valued, respected, and included.
A big thank you to everyone who participated and helped make the event both educational and enjoyable. We are proud to continue building a culture that celebrates diversity and embraces the unique perspectives that make our team stronger.
