. I went from playing soccer, loving running, hiking in the mountains, to being able to barely walk a couple blocks without blinding pain. Everything hurt, all the time. The pain was excruciating. My Medical Doctors gave me medication that barely helped and said time will tell if this stays, or gets worse. We'll see. I refused to let this be my story. So I began searching. Searching for something that could help. And that's how I came to find energy work and healing. As I began to receive healing sessions, my symptoms started to change. To shift. To slowly get better. And with this healing came wisdom, understanding and a more positive outlook on life. Today I have no symptoms of Ankylosing Spondylitis and I haven't for years. I can run. I can play. I still feel normal aches and pains (like from running after my two rambunctious children). I am human, and I still experience emotions, but I am less ran by them and able to step back and see a broader perspective more often.
