The La Rocca tradition of dessert making began 60 years ago in Naples, Italy. La Rocca Creative Cakes was established in Canada in 1987, continuing the family tradition. We had our first bakery and retail location set up in Woodbridge, Ontario. As demand for our desserts grew, we moved to a larger facility.
