We have been following the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak closely and monitoring the Saskatchewan Health Authority website.

With the news of cancellation of many events around the city of Regina as well as many other events in the province, if by any chance customers with confirmed bookings cancel last minute, we will honour the cancellation and theBalloonsis will either refund your deposit or reschedule at a future date.

For events that were already booked and confirmed, theBalloonsis is still going to decorate and set-up at your event but please be advised that theBalloonsis might/will be wearing protective gears (i.e wearing of mask and gloves, no shaking of hands) and disinfectant sprays and wipes will be used.
