Hi! I’m Jacquie, a mom, former IT professional, and entrepreneur from Saskatchewan, Canada. I spent years in the corporate world, from big tech companies to launching my own consulting business where I loved giving women opportunities to shine.

When my son was three, I discovered a natural health Network Marketing company. It aligned perfectly with my passion for wellness, clean products, and healthy choices. For the first time, I saw a path to freedom on my own terms.

I went all-in. As an early leader, I built a wonderful team helping women shift their mindset, dream bigger, and support each other. Within months of moving back to Canada, I hit top 2% in the company.

But behind the success, I was barely holding on. I survived a controlling first marriage and a 15-year emotionally and verbally abusive second marriage. I endured multiple miscarriages, became a single mom to a 6-month-old and a 10-year-old while dealing with trauma, grief, and financial stress. My health was suffering, my adrenals were shot, and I felt trapped.
I left that abusive 15-year marriage in 2014, protected my kids from the aftermath, grieved the sudden loss of both my parents, and in 2017 blended a family of five kids with different personalities and many lessons to learn. Through it all, I kept showing up.

Today, I’m blessed with a strong, bonded blended family and my soul mate. I’ve rebuilt my health and my life.

In 2019, inspired by my mom from Heaven above, I launched StrongWomenRise — a movement that grew from sharing women’s strength stories into in-person workshops and now an online StrongWomenRise Membership. This membership helps women do the inner work to feel confident, radiant, and clear on their next chapter — while connecting women in business (Mind, Body, Soul) to support and promote each other.
If I can rise through abuse, loss, single motherhood, and overwhelming odds to create freedom, impact, and a movement that lifts other women… then you can too.
