I’m so excited (and honestly so grateful) to share that I’ve officially been awarded a $2500 grant toward completing my Integrative Health Practitioner Level 1 & 2 Certification through the Integrative Health Practitioner Institute 🌿💛

What started as a $1500 grant for Level 1 turned into support for BOTH levels after sharing my vision and goals, and I truly don’t take that lightly. Thank you for creating this program and the universe for bringing it into my life.

This next chapter is about deepening my knowledge in:
✨ holistic wellness
✨ root-cause health
✨ nutrition & lifestyle support
✨ functional wellness practices
✨ helping others feel stronger, healthier, and more empowered from the inside out.

As many of you know, I’m deeply passionate about helping people glow inside AND out, through movement, nutrition, mindset, and sustainable wellness habits. This opportunity feels like another step toward fully stepping into that purpose.
