This early spring, we’re featuring a small batch of chef quality fresh salmon, and honestly, this is the kind of fish you normally only see going straight to restaurants.

We’re selling them as whole fillets only:
• About 3–4 lbs each
• Individually sealed
• Carefully handled and selected for freshness

These are the same quality trusted by many restaurants and chefs. Once sealed, you’re the first person to open it at home.

Price is about $65/kg, so each whole fillet usually comes to around $90–$120 depending on size.
