Over Ricardo's time in Regina, he has contributed to countless festivals, been voted Prairie Dogs best chef multiple times, and participated three times at the Gold Medal Plates, taking silver in 2013. When away from the kitchen, Ricardo enjoys his time around the table with his two sons, partner, and friends. Over the years he continues to visit his relatives in Argentina, maintaining a strong family connection. With roots in South America, he has successfully made a home in Saskatchewan by exploring the region and building a strong relationship with the Regina community. Ricardo is honoured to be part of Regina's very talented culinary scene and is continually grateful for everyones love and support.
