Creative Display Saskatchewan is Saskatchewans premier trade show exhibit and display company. A Bookkeeper / Office Administrator is required.

Position:
Bookkeeper/Office Administrator
(FULL TIME - Permanent)

This position is full time 5 days/week but could be negotiable.

Responsibilities:
• Invoicing
• Accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Payroll Management
• Bank reconciliations
• Sales tax remittances and banking
• Ordering office supplies
• Booking travel arrangements
• Maintaining electronic and manual filing systems
• The position is also responsible for other miscellaneous office support to the company.

Qualifications:
• University/College Degree, Diploma or Certificate
• 2-5 years of accounting or bookkeeping-related work experience
• Experience with computer bookkeeping software - Sage Accounting is preferable.
• Proficient in the use of Excel, Word and Outlook
• Ability to operate general office equipment

• Superior verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to organize and prioritize daily and monthly work
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
• Good writing skills
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision

Saskatchewan's premier trade show display, signage and graphics company is looking to add a Vinyl Installer to our team.

Position:
Experienced Graphics Professional

• VINYL GRAPHIC INSTALLATION
• GRAPHICS PRODUCTION
• SIGNAGE INSTALLATION
• DISPLAY INSTALLATION

Responsibilities:
• Installing all types of vinyl - wall, window and vehicle graphics, displays, signage and other graphics as needed.
• Set up and take down of trade show displays.
• In-house production and shop support including printing, laminating, cutting and assembly.

Qualifications:
• Vinyl Installation Experience - Min. 1 year
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Minimum Grade 12.
• Forklift Operator and Aerial Platform certification may be required, but training can be provided.
• General shop experience. Power tools and general hand tools.

Skills and Abilities:
• Must be energetic and reliable.
• Be familiar with the use of computers and email.
• Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools.
• Ability to focus on details.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to read work orders carefully and ensure all job details are understood.
• Ability to measure and cut accurately.
• Ability to regularly lift items up to 50 lbs.
• Be willing to work flexible hours and occasional weekends, as well as some out-of-town travel
