With all that being said you still can’t accuse him of falling victim to the old adage “those who can’t do, teach.” Rhett’s former athletic prowess had him playing Soccer, Football, and Track and Field in High School, while the sport he excelled at, Basketball, took him to the elite level as a University of Regina Cougar team member for four years. Currently he is still a practitioner and student of Brazilian Ju Jitsu (7 years), Muay Thai and Western Boxing (12 years), as these martial arts allow him to stay quick, maintain mobility, and feed his passion for combat sports. Rhett’s background coupled with his enthusiasm for weight training and physical fitness make him an Elite Personal Trainer, who is able to understand his clients needs, communicate how to achieve their goals, and motivate each individual through plateau’s and frustration to ensure they receive the results they desire.
