Planning for the 2027 North American Agricultural Advisory Network (NAAAN) Convening is well underway, and we were thrilled to host the NAAAN team in Regina last week for a two‑day familiarization tour.

Thank you to Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada, Cultivator powered by Conexus, MLT Aikins, NCIAF, Saskatchewan TED, and the Saskatchewan Ministry of Agriculture for sharing the incredible work happening across our region.

These conversations are helping shape an outstanding Tri-national meeting. Together with the Regina Hotel Association, Tourism Saskatchewan, and Tourism Regina, we look forward to welcoming agricultural leaders from across Canada, the United States, and Mexico in 2027.

When Tiawna LaMontagne launched One Heart Training in 2021, she set out to help people feel more confident and prepared in life's most critical moments.

What began as a deeply personal mission following the loss of her husband in a workplace accident has grown into a Regina-based, female and Métis-owned company delivering First Aid, CPR, Mental Health First Aid, and professional speaking services across Saskatchewan.

Since then, Tiawna has trained thousands of individuals, businesses, and community organizations, equipping people with skills that can make a life-saving difference.

Through One Heart Training, she's helping build a more prepared, resilient, and compassionate community across Regina and beyond.

Some of the most meaningful growth happens when people create space for others to grow alongside them.

As founders of RaiseHer Community, Skylar Gerard and Talitha McCloskey are doing exactly that. Through mentorship, leadership programming, and storytelling, they have built a community where women, girls, and gender-diverse individuals are encouraged to step into leadership, build confidence, and discover new possibilities for themselves.

What makes their impact especially remarkable is that they continue to grow RaiseHER Co. while balancing full-time careers and young families, showing up with intention and consistency every step of the way.

By creating opportunities for connection, belonging, and personal growth, Skylar and Talitha are helping cultivate the next generation of leaders and making Regina a stronger, more inclusive community.

Please join us in celebrating Skylar and Talitha, recipients of a Regina 25 Growers award! 🌱👏
