My Session family, I’ve been given an opportunity that means I won’t be able to continue teaching at Session. Being an instructor has truly been one of the most incredible experiences of my life, all because of the community that we have.

I’m endlessly grateful for every single person I’ve sweated beside, attempted sing-alongs with, and shared laughter with due to my inappropriate cuing. Session gave me so much joy, helped me fall in love with movement again, and reminded me how important it is to love myself along the way.

I am so grateful thatThis isn’t a farewell, I’ll still be in classes and around the studio to cheer you on, and see all of your beautiful faces in the studio.
