Red Deer Property Rentals is looking for a motivated and organized Temporary Property Manager to join our team for a 1-year maternity leave coverage!

About the Role:
As our Property Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of residential rental properties, ensuring tenants receive excellent service and properties are well-maintained. You’ll handle tenant relations, leasing, inspections, and coordinate maintenance and repairs.

💼 What You’ll Do:
✅ Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, inspections, and showings
✅ Assist with rent collection and related administrative tasks
✅ Arrange for maintenance and repairs with contractors
✅ Maintain accurate service records
✅ Enforce lease agreements, property rules, and evictions
✅ Be part of an on-call rotation

🔍 What We’re Looking For:
✔ Experience in property management or rentals (preferred)
✔ Strong communication and problem-solving skills
✔️ Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
✔ Valid driver’s license
