NEAR

We've known and had the opportunity to work with Rachel Stillings for many years now, first starting as an on-air personality for Shaw Tv, then Shaw Spotlight, Actor for Central Alberta Theatre and now taking the lead in NEAR. As always, she brings her positivity, charisma, and energy to everyone around her. But this time I saw a new side to Rachel, she took the newer actors under her wing and became one of the best mentors I could ask for on a set. Thanks, Rachel, for everything you bring to set.

Kori Barry : Lady of many talents from boom operator to talent wrangler. Kori’s favorite place may not be in the middle of know where, in the dark, at 4am. But has a knack for always being positive and getting the job done. Thanks for all you did on this project.

Shiv Shanks: Always up for supporting the arts and a fantastic creative on his own with music and film. Shiv not only has a role in the film but helped as a grip and set design. Knowing that his call time was early dawn at 4am, he still donated his time from setup to teardown. We can’t thank him enough. NEAR
