2020-09-20 – great news! I have found a yoga studio where I can give English yoga classes on Tuesday evenings 19:00. Style is vinyasa flow (energetic, whole body, force/flexibility/balance, respiration, relaxation) for all levels (adult or teens, both genders). I must have 8 confirmed attendees in order for the class to start (maximum 15). Cost is $185 including taxes for 12 weeks. Location Rue Maguire, Sillery.
