Our Ecosystem adventure is richer when it’s shared.
We recently welcomed a new group of colleagues to our headquarters in Quebec City for Eco-Immersion—a unique, in-person experience designed to deepen connections, build understanding, and celebrate what makes Ecosystem… Ecosystem.

Over the course of three days, new team members (3-8 months into their journey) connected with senior leaders, local colleagues, and peers from across North America to explore what makes us unique, from our values to our ways of working.

Thank you to everyone who made this week a success. From structured sessions to spontaneous moments, Eco-Immersion reminds us that onboarding is more than learning—it’s about connection. And together, we’re building something better.

Notre aventure Ecosystem est plus riche lorsqu'elle est partagée.

Nous avons récemment accueilli un nouveau groupe de collègues à notre siège social de Québec pour l'Éco-Immersion. Une expérience unique, en personne, conçue pour renforcer nos liens, développer la connaissance et célébrer ce qui fait d'Ecosystem... Ecosystem.

Pendant trois jours, les nouveaux membres de l'équipe (3 à 8 mois après le début de leur parcours) ont rencontré des gestionnaires, des collègues et des pairs de toute l'Amérique du Nord pour explorer ce qui nous rend uniques, depuis nos valeurs jusqu'à nos méthodes de travail.

Merci à tous ceux qui ont fait de cet événement un succès. Des sessions structurées aux moments spontanés, Eco-Immersion nous rappelle que l'intégration d’employés est plus qu'un simple apprentissage, ça reflète notre culture. Et ensemble, nous construisons quelque chose de meilleur.
