But what about the impact of our flight during spring break vacation? 🔥🔥The carbon footprint of snow removal operations at an international airport in 1 year can reach 2000T of CO2 equivalent. It is linked to the combustion of nearly 265L of diesel per hour by snow removal equipment. Often ten or more operate at the same time and sometimes for 24 hours straight!
