July 2025 Mishaps and Meanderings Pt 25 - Fort Steele Heritage Town Museum.
The museum has 2 floors of displays, although the majority are on the upper floor. Lots of historical information, photos and concrete pieces of life from way back when.

July 2025 Mishaps and Meanderings Pt 24 - Fort Steele Heritage Town Equipment.
The site displayed a decent collection of mining, logging, farming and railway equipment. Not all of the pieces had an info sign, but where possible I have included whatever info was available.

July 2025 Meanderings and Mishaps Pt 23 - Fort Steele Heritage Town Buildings.
This was one of the better BC historical townsites we've visited (far superior to Barkerville). Our visit took nearly 4 hours and resulted in nearly 400 photos, so I have divided this overall post into 4 sections, starting with the buildings. There was more to see here than what is posted. Well worth checking this place out if you're in the area, and plan on a 3 1/2 hour visit minimum!
