Motorists are advised that an MVI (Motor Vehicle Incident) has occurred approximately 5 km south of Bear Lake on Highway 97 near the railway crossing.

Recovery operations are currently in progress, and drivers may experience delays in the area. Please reduce your speed, obey all traffic control personnel and signage, and be prepared to stop.

Snowfall Advisory – Prince George Area

Up to 10 cm of snow is expected overnight into tomorrow across the district. Crews will be active in all areas overnight, with full coverage continuing through the day.

Slushy, slippery conditions are expected. With many vehicles now on summer tires, traction may be reduced.

Slow down, drive to conditions, and give maintenance equipment space.
