Lantern creation with friends! We gathered for a beautiful evening of intention setting and ceremony. This evening, I light my lantern to symbolize the process of slowing down, embracing the darkness, and welcoming the return of the light-the light I aspire to bring into my life. A heartfelt thank you to my friends who came together for lantern making at the studio! ✨🙏

Creating classroom community, through self-expression and collaborative art making. It was a pleasure being a part of the in-person classroom sessions these past six weeks.

WORRY WARRIORS

Social art therapy group for children ages 10-12yrs who are having a hard time feeling anxious, worried and fearful. Help nurture emotional awareness, comprehension and resilience by delving into complex emotions, like worry and fear through artistic expression. Learn to recognize anxiety and its physical signs. Connect with other children facing similar situations to discover they are not alone.

✨Along side the therapeutic work I do with families and children, I also really enjoy doing project based art in classroom settings. It fills my heart seeing each child’s unique self come out in the creative process! Creativity and play are important teachers, and I am truly grateful to have the opportunity to facilitate a small part of that journey for them. 😊
