Journaling is a great way for you to process your thoughts and emotions during all stages of recovery which we find is essential to the success of your recovery. If you're unsure of what to write in your journal, here are a few simple tips to get you started:

- Write daily notes about what you're thinking, feeling and doing.
- Break down overwhelming complex problems into smaller parts.
- Plan activities and set short- term goals.
- Identify what's helping you recovery and what's not.
- Chart your progress along your recovery journey.

1. ਆਪਣੇ ਵਿਚਾਰਾਂ, ਭਾਵਨਾਵਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਕੰਮਾਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਲਿਖੋ
2. ਟੀਚੇ ਲਿਖੋ
3. ਲਿਖੋ ਕਿ ਕਿਹੜੀ ਚੀਜ਼ ਤੁਹਾਡੀ ਰਿਕਵਰੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਦਦ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ
4. ਉਹ ਲਿਖੋ ਜੋ ਤੁਹਾਡੀ ਰਿਕਵਰੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਦਦ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ
5. ਤੁਹਾਡੀ ਤਰੱਕੀ ਨੂੰ ਟਰੈਕ ਕਰੋ
