PROJECT UPDATE!!!!

Framing has commenced on our Beaconsfield extension project. A nice addition to the back of the home with a beautiful deck attached is going to enlarge this home for a growing family. We’re also adding an attached garage to the front of the house to load and unload the hockey bags! Stay tuned for more updates.

PROJECT UPDATE!!!

Our Pointe-Claire bungalow transformation is taking shape.
With the second floor on, exterior walls up and roof trusses completed, we are now closed in.
Only one way we do our builds and it’s with products. 3/4” tongue and groove advantech plywood, R6.6 ZIP system panels and to top it all off, 1/2” ZIP systems sienna plywood on the roof.
We are by far and away one of the premier builders in Quebec in using these advanced products.
Next up, interior partitions to complete, before we head outdoors again, to peel off the brick on the main floor and add our ZIP panels. Almost forgot, we also have new front entrance extension to frame out also. Stay tuned for more updates.

With the city permits, time delays and costs associated with tearing down old and rebuilding new, many clients are opting to keep the existing structure and do a complete home makeover. There are pros and cons to both sides. One thing is certain, with , the final product is always SPECTACULAR !!!!
