I think it’s time for an official introduction .. 🙋🏼‍♀️

Hi there! To those of you new to my page, my name is Dr. Rosangela and I’m a chiropractor serving the wonderful community of Sarnia-Lambton. As you can probably guess, I have some BIG NEWS to share with you all 🎉

Over the course of this year I have been waiting to reveal what I have been up to but its FINALLY time to introduce to you all to my passion project - Alta Health & Performance.

Starting July 11th 2022, Alta will be opening its doors to serve our community and encourage active, pain free lifestyles to those of all ages!

But who I am? Check it out ⬇️

🔹 Born and raised in Sarnia and now a ‘Point Edwardian’
🔹 Although my fair skin says otherwise, my family is very Italian and I absolutely love food (and could talk about it all day)! 🍝
🔹 I am a dog momma to an adorable 1 year old Chihuahua-Yorkie mix named Dolce 🐶
🔹 I also wear the proud badge of Auntie aka ‘Zia’ to my 5 year old nephew and 1 year old niece 👩‍👧‍👦
🔹 When I’m not at the office, you can catch me on a walk with Dolce around Canatara park or hanging out in a coffee shop ☕️
🔹 I fully believe everyone deserves to live a life without pain and the ability to do the activities they love - and I love that I get to be part of the reason people can achieve these goals 🤍

I’m so excited to start this journey with you all and I hope you follow along as the Alta community grows
