Sergio acquiert des connaissances de ses maîtres et les transmet à un grand nombre d’étudiants à l’échelle du monde entier. Sergio estime que nous devons apprendre de véritables maîtres chinois traditionnels afin que ces arts soient transmis à autrui correctement, sans altération et selon la méthode traditionnelle où les avantages sur le plan de l’autodéfense, de la santé et du bien-être demeurent intacts. Le chi kung, du système de Chi Kung Lohan découlant de la lignée ancestrale de maître Chen Yong Fa, représente un autre domaine d’étude et d’apprentissage pour bon nombre de participants qui connaît un essor considérable. Le centre, qui est en pleine croissance, compte plus de 40 instructeurs de tai chi et de kung fu,
Un bon nombre de participants fréquentent le centre depuis 15 à 20 ans. En plus du tai chi et du kung fu, les membres du centre ont l’occasion de s’entraîner avec diligence en tui shou (pousse-mains), à l’épée, au sabre, au développement et à l’entretien du qi (prononcé tchi), d’apprendre de nombreuses séquences animales en kung fu, ainsi que des séquences à mains nues et à armes. Certains participent également à des tournois tout autour du globe en vue de s’épanouir et d’approfondir leurs compétences. En outre, depuis plus de 10 ans, le centre dirige des camps d’été pour enfants et pour adolescents qui incluent des séances quotidiennes de kung fu tout au long de la saison estivale, ainsi que de la natation à la piscine communautaire, gérée bénévolement par le centre. Chaque été, ce programme compte le nombre maximum de participants et, malheureusement, doit établir une liste d’attente tôt lors de sa période d’inscription. Le centre offre deux programmes pour adolescents pendant l’été, le premier consiste en 3 heures de kung fu par jour, et le second en une heure de kung fu par jour jumelé à des activités sociales pour les participants.

We are a Tai Chi Kung Fu center that began over 30 years ago at the very location it now exists in . We have been serving the community from ages 3 to 100 continuously for over 25 years. Our Head Sifu is Sergio Arione, Disciple of Master Yang Jun of the Yang Family International Association and Disciple of Master Chen Yong Fa of Choy Lee Fut Kung fu organization. Sergio learns from his masters and passes the information on to many students all over the world. Sergio believes that you must learn from the pure chinese traditional masters so that these arts can be taught to others properly, unaltered as they were meant to be taught with self defense, health and wellness benefits intact. Chi Kung – Lohan Chi Kung System from Master Chen Yong Fa has become another area of study and learning for many students and is growing at a fast pace. The center has over 40 teachers in tai chi and kung fu and continually grows

Many students have been here at the center for 15 to 20 years. In addition to tai chi and kung fu the center practises diligently in the areas of push hands, sword, saber, chi, many kung fu animal forms, both hand and weapons. The center participates in competitions all over the world for general interest of the students. The center has operated children and teens summer camps for over 15 years now of which incorporates daily kung fu through the entire summer as well as daily swimming at the community pool that the center volunteers to run. This program operates to full capacity each summer and unfortunately has to close registration early. The center has two teen programs for the summer, one with kung fu 3 hours per day and the other has one hour of kung fu each day along with social activities for the teens.
