h] the loss of a 10-year career, Michelle embarked on a new life passion in financial services after the realities of ‘best laid plans’ became crystal clear. It seemed like a novel idea at the time, but the profound nature of the recession of 2008 [Mortgage & Financial Services] proved that life would never go back to the way it was. Now, education or the lack thereof never made more sense. An ‘aha’ moment, financial education unlike traditional financial advisory needed to focus on the end-user, not the advisor/broker. MÏE Financial has since worked with and mentored Small to Medium Enterprise owners, Internationally Educated Professionals/Newcomers, HR Employee Assistance Program Specialists and School-Aged kids through the Kidzpirit International Network - Kidzpiration Entrepreneurship & Financial Literacy camp. As a former financial advisor for Investors Group, Michelle realized that she was better able to support her true passion by becoming an independent coach, further expanding her ability to educate and coach clients without the bias of product. Michelle holds an impressive variety of memberships, designations and diverse work experience, all of which support the direction and depth of her business model and MÏE Financial’s mission. Her knowledge of investment, mortgage, insurance, real-estate and construction combined with her down-to-earth approach has made partnership with industry a natural fit and accessibility to communities widespread.
