Today we officially introduce Scrap Map™.
Scrap Map™ is now incorporated in Canada, and this idea is officially moving from vision to reality.
Scrap metal is everywhere — but the process to recycle it is still fragmented, outdated, and confusing. Too much valuable material ends up buried in landfills simply because people don’t know what can be recycled, where it can go, or who they can trust.
Scrap Map™ is being built to change that.
Our goal is to create a platform that:
• Helps everyday users easily identify and recycle scrap
• Connects them with verified local collectors
• Gives small, local collectors the same visibility as large companies
• Builds trust, transparency, and accountability in the scrap industry
This isn’t just about convenience — it’s about education, sustainability, and keeping reusable materials in circulation instead of underground.
Even if Scrap Map™ never goes global, success to us means less waste in landfills and more informed communities. One pickup can make a difference. One city can make a difference.
