ATR was started in early 1991 by owner Andrew Jones. Having just retired as a military pilot towards the end of the '80's due to an eye issue, ATR, then "adjustment tech racing", began machining parts for motorcycles out of the Omemee area. Primarily ride height adjusters. Then engine building and our first dyno appeared in 1995. Ten years later, 2005, required a move to Peterborough to facilitate
As mentioned earlier here is a quick demonstration of our in-house cnc capability. We currently utilize our Haas VF2 with high speed option, 20+1 tool/changer, and 4th axis option. We produce a number of our own products (clutch covers, fork braces, etc.) as well as those for other companies and individuals. Have a custom request? Please reach out.
