📣 Meet Rob – Field Operations Manager at Integrated Solutions

Rob has been an integral part of Integrated Solutions since 2016, starting as our very first technician outside of the company’s owners. From the beginning, he helped lay the foundation for the field operations team and has played a key role in the company’s growth over the years.

In 2020, Rob transitioned into the office, where he learned dispatching and gained a deeper understanding of the operational side of the business. He later stepped into a Field Trainer role, providing guidance and support to technicians across Canada, helping them succeed in their day-to-day work and develop their skills in the field.

Today, as one of our Field Operations Managers, Rob leads by example, drawing on years of hands-on experience and industry knowledge. His commitment to supporting technicians, improving processes, and ensuring customers receive exceptional service has made him a valued leader within the organization.

Whether he's helping solve a challenge, mentoring team members, or keeping operations running smoothly, Rob is always willing to lend a hand.
