Commander Goznalez is a project intiated by Mark Allwood and Paul Ciuk in Peterborough, Canada. Our aim is to achieve meditation through 'instant composition' that is by composing pieces on the spot without preconceived biases or direction. We are influenced by many genres and artists but we attempt to create our own voice with the realm of musical expression. Members:

Keeping things relatively simple on the surface with this one. Some nice arpeggios and a steady bass pulse. But underneath, everything is being looped and micro-looped, somehow folding into a kind clashing cohesion thanks to the looping delay at the end of the FX chain.
What I really like are those subtle sounds underneath the main sounds. Like little digitally crystallized reflections and ghosts of what you’re hearing, constantly shifting around the mix. Appearing, disappearing, and then showing up again 🔄
