Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake for dessert tonight! 💕

Just finished another day of baking… had a hankering for pistachios and cranberries. So along with my usual brookies, peanut butter cups, molasses cookies and brown sugar fudge I made some cranberry pistachio biscotti dipped in white chocolate and some cranberry pistachio shortbread.

It was worth it! 🥰😂
