Top 3 Happiness Tips from Dr. G at Back2Health:
1️⃣ First thing in the morning, write down 3 things that you are looking forward to today – things that you know will boost your mood.
2️⃣ Meditate – take at least 5-10 minutes to get quiet, focused, and mentally rehearse your best day ahead, which includes your 3 things from tip #1.
3️⃣ At the end of your day, write down 3 things that you appreciated about your day. These should be different than the 3 things in the morning.
Every day, your answers should be different.
When you practice the 3 Happiness Tips, watch as your mood improves over time, you get accustomed to having more ‘good days’ than ‘bad days’, and you start to feel lighter, healthier, and more alive!
