The Art Of Suffering.
When Rob Britton came to me with the idea of attempting to set three 300km plus FKTs in the UK in a week, I didn't give it much thought as at this stage, I have simply normalized his version of limitations.
The continued drive to push his body and mind to the brink is exhausting from afar, but he has a way of making the process look nonchalant.
In a year that has seen more ebbs than flows (his words), he still finds a way to pick himself up and get to the start line.
