Appy - kb goblet squats. Dessert - burpees over kb 🏋‍♂️🏋‍♀️

Background was cranked 80s/90's tubes, with a nite cap of Salt N Pepa, Push It, for the final minutes 🎵 Join us next week, same time same place, for a newly inspired Menu!! P.S Doggo Friendly as Gary 🐶 flexes and is ready for the beach!
