📣 St. Andrew’s Annual General Meeting

Join us this Sunday, April 19, 2026 for St. Andrew’s Annual General Meeting, taking place in the gymnasium after the morning worship service and luncheon.

The Advent Season is upon us. Our first Advent Service focusing on the Hope we have in Christ and lighting the Hope Candle at St. Andrew's, 58 Seguin Street, Parry Sound, 10:30 a.m., on November 30, is packed with many events. First of all our Interim Moderator, Reverend Dr. Neal Mathers will be sharing his message on Hope. During the service, the new members of our Session will be introduced, followed by accepting a new member into the St. Andrew's family and finally we will be partaking in Communion. Suzanne Gingrich will be helping lead during music worship.

The Second Sunday of Advent when the Candle of Peace is lit, will take place once more at St. Andrew's on December 7, at the same time in the morning. Our Minister of Music, Len Ballantine, will be in the pulpit speaking on the peace we can find in the Lord in these unsettling times. The St. Andrew's Parry Sound Choir will be blessing us with a selection, and we will also enjoy praise and worship with Heather Gilchrist's music team.

Both services provide programs for the younger ones and Fellowship Time is available after the service for all to participate in.

Please come to the Parry Sound Singers concert, December 7, at 7 p.m. Cash donations are accepted at the door with proceeds to Harvest Share and the Salvation Army.

Please make sure the Christmas Eve/Candlelight Service is marked on your calendar for 7 p.m., Christmas Eve.

This coming Sunday, Oct 19, at St. Andrew's Parry Sound, 58 Seguin Street, 10:30 am, we will be blessed by the ministry, both from the pulpit and in music, from Len Ballantine. He will be speaking from the Book of Genesis about God's servant, Jacob. We welcome all to come and enjoy the service.

During the service there are programs for the young and nursery care. After worship, please join us in the fellowship hall for refreshments and a social time.
