BodyTalk is a consciousness based healing modality that addresses the whole person. This means that no aspect of the human psyche is overlooked, be it emotional, physical or environmental. It is highly effective in helping you overcome limiting belief systems, fears/phobias and past hurts and traumas. By addressing these, as the underlying causes of illness and disease, the body is able to heal and physical symptoms resolve. My passion is helping others overcome past hurts and traumas as well as the resulting negative and limiting belief systems. In doing this, my clients become more consciously aware. They find themselves feeling an inner sense of peace, having increased clarity around who they are and what they believe in and they begin to live their lives in a manner that is meaningful to them.
