We’re seeking an experienced Regulatory Advisor to support offshore well operations and regulatory compliance activities for a major operator.

This role will work closely with WISE, EH&S, and Wells teams to support Operations Authorization activities, regulatory coordination, and compliance management for offshore projects.

🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Support development of regulatory documentation and plans required for Operations Authorization�
• Engage with regulatory agencies throughout the WISE program�
• Conduct compliance verification assessments related to offshore petroleum operations and occupational health & safety regulations�
• Work closely with technical teams to maintain and update management system documentation�
• Develop and steward schedules for Operations Authorization activities
• Lead preparation and maintenance of Regulatory Compliance Registers
• Provide regulatory coordination and support to project teams
• Provide technical regulatory advice related to MODU intake and offshore operations

🎓 Qualifications & Experience
• Experience supporting offshore regulatory compliance activities
• Strong understanding of offshore operational and regulatory environments
• Knowledge of Operations Authorization processes and compliance requirements
• Experience coordinating across technical, operational, and EH&S teams
• Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills
