CU InSpace

Our goal is to compete at the Intercollegiate Rocket Engineering Competition (IREC) held every year in Utah by ESRA. IREC is the world's biggest rocket competition now hosting 75 universities across 9 countries. We intend on participating at the Basic Competition where the goal is to carry a 10lb payload to an altitude of 10 000 feet AGL. As a team our future goals include to teach pre-university students about rockets and interest them in the STEM programs.
