FINALLY……we have bootcamps back this fall! Tuesday on the Byron pathway (cardio and body weight strength) and Thursdays (Combination of HIIT, Strength, Tabata and more in a tbd Westboro park). I am also offering, new this year, small group training in my new private studio!

CRAZYFIT 4 SUMMER// Day 11 - FULL BODY UNILATERAL STRENGTH WORKOUT 05/25/2022

Workout #11 is quick but challenging! We use a variety of dumbbells (20, 25 & 30lbs) and are isolating one side of the body at a time! Each round has 4 exercises (left, right, left right) and then we repeat those moves one more time! We have 3 rounds just like that!

During this workout, I encourage you to focus on the quality of your moves and not the number of reps. Lift heavier, move slower and get stronger!
