Westview Projects was proud to host a fundraising breakfast in support of the Multifaith Housing Initiative and their vital mission to end homelessness in Ottawa.

We’re honoured to work alongside and on the at 665 Albert Street, a landmark affordable housing development within the LeBreton Flats Library Parcel. Of the 608 total units, 41% of the units will be affordable, 133 will be owned and operated by MHI, providing safe, secure, and permanent homes to serve priority populations and those most in need.

Together with our incredible subcontractor community, we’re proud to make a multi year financial commitment to that is helping to fix Ottawa’s housing crisis — one unit at a time.

At Westview Projects, we recognize that mental health is just as vital as physical health.

The construction industry presents unique challenges, pressure, and stresses for all of us that work within the industry. Westview is committed to supporting our team with resources and an environment that encourages openness and support.

In 2024, Westview Projects began offering our team access to 's Innovative Employee Assistance Program (EAP) which proactively provides employee access to mental health care support and services when they need it the most.

When it comes to mental health awareness, we encourage open conversations with the goal of breaking down misconceptions surrounding mental health. We can all do our part by continually monitoring our own mental health, reaching out to a colleague, or seeking professional help. Every step toward mental well-being matters.

Our team recently participated in an Indigenous Cultural Awareness Session hosted by Marc Forgette - Makatew Workshops at our job site at 665 Albert St.

This meaningful experience deepened our understanding and commitment to fostering respect, inclusion and collaboration with Indigenous communities.
